We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Staff member in the Magisterial District Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Magisterial District Judge and ensuring the smooth operation of the court.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate and utilize statewide computer systems to manage court cases and schedules.
  • Process warrants, schedule proceedings, and collect costs and fines.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare correspondence and perform general office duties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least six months of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly assess problems and provide solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills.
