Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Passion and knowledge in health, fitness, and wellness
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new procedures and product knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 30 pounds
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and humidity
  • High energy, team-oriented, and a diligent work ethic
  • Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete required training within two weeks of hire
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
