About the Role

We are seeking an Account Associate under the Director of Client Services. The role involves supporting team members in managing clients, ensuring service standards, and facilitating technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Renewal Surveys for account management review.
  • Update agency systems with renewal data and prepare applications.
  • Collate loss summaries and order missing loss runs.
  • Handle renewal procedures within standards.
  • Review certificate lists for accuracy.
  • Provide necessary documentation to clients.
  • Support surplus lines filings.
  • Process renewal invoices.
  • Aid in preparing allocations and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and handle Flood and Bond renewals.
  • Communicate client needs to relevant departments.
  • Oversee policy changes on assigned clients.
  • Maintain quality standards for client satisfaction.
  • Assist in rating support and designated functions.
  • Offer support to maintain client relationships.
  • Manage policy deliveries to clients.
  • Provide backup support as needed.
  • Participate in special projects as directed.
Qualifications
  • College degree, high school diploma, or equivalency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high transaction processing ability.
  • Property Casualty Agent's License required within 12 months.
