  • Prepare responses to regulatory proposals and collaborate with relevant departments to submit thorough feedback. Represent the organization in key discussions by articulating the company's stance on intricate regulations.
  • Strengthen relationships with key regulatory bodies - Identify engagement opportunities regarding regulatory proposals and submissions. Assist the government affairs team with intricate regulatory advocacy to pertinent legislative committees.
  • Coordinate with consultants and advisors on regulatory matters, including regulation interpretation and submissions.
  • Monitor and assess regulatory trends, producing internal reports and presentations to inform management on regulatory statuses.
  • Manage various projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile: We seek a dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in regulatory science, communication, law, public relations, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in tobacco, pharmaceuticals, government agencies, or other regulated sectors.
