Job Title: Residential Support Professional

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Job Description:

Triangle, Inc. is seeking a skilled Residential Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Support Program, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with varying needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide residential support and care to individuals with varying needs, including assistance with daily living tasks and advocacy services.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans to promote positive behaviors and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in maintaining a safe and healthy environment, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist individuals in managing their finances and accessing community resources.
  • Transport and/or accompany individuals to appointments and other community-based activities and events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual progress and support.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective support and care.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
