Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Professional to join our team in Stoneham, MA. This full-time position is perfect for individuals passionate about supporting student success in a collaborative school environment.

Estimated Salary: $20-$25 per hour based on experience.

About the Role

As an Educational Support Professional, you will work one-on-one or with small groups to provide academic and social-emotional support to students. You will assist students with special needs, tailoring support to individual challenges and collaborating with teachers to modify and implement lesson plans.

You will also reinforce positive behavior and assist in managing classroom dynamics. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant certification or license (preferred). Prior experience in a school or childcare setting is also preferred.
