Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Morrison Ranch. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality food and dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Manage kitchen inventory and budget
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with our dietary team to provide personalized meal plans for residents with special dietary needs
Requirements
  • Two-year A.O.S. degree from an accredited culinary arts program or equivalent work experience
  • Four years of progressive culinary/kitchen experience
  • Four years of management or supervisory experience
  • Fine dining experience
  • Catering experience
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office suite, email, and e-commerce based tools
  • ServSafe certified
