Job Summary

Care Finders Total Care LLC, a leading home care company, is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of home health care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate Certified Home Health Aides in patient homes to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assess patient physical and psychosocial needs, and develop plans of care in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Conduct on-site supervisory visits to evaluate caregivers and provide clinical orientation.
  • Participate in training and in-services for field staff, and assist in the development of training programs.
  • Assign and coordinate services provided, and ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient records.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, and initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
  • One year of professional experience as a Registered Nurse in the United States.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in home care nursing is preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
