Job Summary

VSP Vision is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Eye Doctor's Optical Outlets. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting patients with their eyewear needs, and contributing to the success of our optical store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with selecting and fitting eyewear, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
Requirements
  • One to two years of experience in a related field, preferably in the optical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skills
  • Experience as an Optician with an active Florida License
