Job Summary

VSP Vision is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Eye Doctor's Optical Outlets. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting patients with their eyewear needs, and contributing to the success of our optical store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision, lifestyle, and budgetary needs
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in retail or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skills
  • Experience as an Optician with an active Florida License
