Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the strategy, development, and execution of Z2Data's product roadmap. This critical position ensures that our company delivers best-in-class solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers, particularly in supply chain management and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs, translating business objectives into product requirements and prioritizing features.
- User Interface & User Experience: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that make complex features accessible to our customers, with a focus on good design principles.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer and market demands.
- Customer-Centric Development: Gather customer feedback and insights, working closely with enterprise clients to understand their challenges and needs.
- Product Evangelist: Serve as an expert in product areas, presenting both internally and externally on product solutions and market trends.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in supply chain tooling, data management, or electronics industries.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) management (preferred but not required).
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence and drive results across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to present complex information clearly to customers and stakeholders.
- The ability to build wireframes / mockups with good UI/UX.
- Onsite in Santa Clara, CA or Remote within the United States.
- FTE with full benefits at $110,000/year to $150,000/year.
