About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting and Data Analyst to join our marketing team at Ascend Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through meticulous tracking, analysis, and reporting. Your expertise in web analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization will support the marketing team by providing actionable insights from both internal and external data sources.

Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze the performance of ongoing marketing activities
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to support the marketing team
Collaborate with campaign managers and the Ascend BI team to develop holistic analysis and reports
Ensure the integrity and accessibility of marketing and customer data

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in analysis of B2B and B2C websites using Google Analytics or equivalent
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
