Key Responsibilities
  • Assist our orthodontists during patient examinations, procedures, and adjustments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Take dental x-rays, digital scans, and orthodontic photos, capturing high-quality images for accurate diagnoses.
  • Assist with orthodontic procedures, such as bonding brackets, taking impressions, and placing archwires, working closely with our orthodontists.
  • Make impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances, requiring precision and attention to detail.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care for orthodontic appliances, promoting a healthy and informed patient base.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet the needs of our patients and team.
  • Other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our orthodontic practice.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ Years of experience as a Dental Assistant, with completion of a Dental Assistant Program.
  • Previous experience in Orthodontics and Pedo is preferred, with a strong understanding of orthodontic principles and procedures.
  • X-Ray Certified, with the ability to operate dental x-ray equipment safely and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, orthodontists, and other team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality patient care.
  • Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
