Requirements
  • Active RN License: Possess an active and unencumbered RN license in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Experience in Patient Care: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Experience: Have experience using EMRs and other healthcare technology systems.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a Clinic Setting: Have experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting, preferably in a role that involves patient care and coordination.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Other Languages: Possess fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by patients in our communities, as needed.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Have experience in leadership or management roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
