Job Title: Lab - Phlebotomist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and processing patient specimens for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood and other bodily fluid specimens from patients using venipuncture and other methods.
  • Label and process specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to OSHA and DEP regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure efficient specimen processing and testing.

Requirements:

  • Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
  • Minimum 6 months' experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
