Job Summary

The Phlebotomist III- Float is a key member of our team, responsible for representing our company to patients and collecting high-quality blood samples. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for patients
  • Work effectively in a team environment and provide coverage at multiple locations
  • Ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time
  • Develop and maintain leadership skills, focusing on process excellence and confidentiality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical training or certification
  • Five years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Minimum three years in a Patient Service Center or In-Office Phlebotomy environment
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment
  • Keyboard/data entry experience
