Youngblood Youth Development Homes is a leading provider of residential care services for young people in Kansas. Our accredited group home provides a safe and supportive environment for males aged 10-16, where they can receive the guidance and support they need to thrive.

We are currently seeking a Residential Care Specialist to join our team, who will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support and guidance to our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential care and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and guidance to residents
- Work closely with colleagues and administration to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Experience in residential care required
- Ability to pass background check
- Flexible schedule required
