KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Process Analyst to support operational efficiency initiatives. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the organizational structure, policies, and operational dynamics to facilitate effective change and deliver substantial value.

The analyst will engage in detailed evaluations of existing and prospective business processes and workflows, aiming to identify opportunities for enhancement or automation. This role is pivotal in driving improvements across the company’s ecosystem, which includes tools for agents, customer-facing applications, and internal process optimizations.

Main Duties Include:

  • Facilitating process workflow modeling to collaborate on enhancements, automation possibilities, and well-defined end-to-end use cases.
  • Analyzing data and trends to ensure process outputs meet desired outcomes and service levels.
  • Validating IT process designs and documentation for new enhancements; creating workflows and presenting findings using PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Visio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In-depth knowledge of process modeling methodologies (BPMN, UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams) and tools (Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, Miro, Lucid).
  • Advanced comprehension of business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to deliver performance feedback effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with reporting tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau) is advantageous.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation range reflects the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs. This range may be adjusted in the future.

Salaried employees receive paid time off, while hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless mandated by law.

NOTE: Compensation is not considered earned until it is vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remain at Kforce's discretion until paid and may be modified in accordance with the law.
