Key Responsibilities- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management, providing accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
- Maintain all technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property assigned.
- Develop strong customer communication and satisfaction skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the performance of assigned machines, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to achieving branch/district metric targets by facilitating performance and providing exceptional service.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete a 120-day introductory period and PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary for travel.
- Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
