About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Havenpark Communities. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing customer journeys through A/B testing, and maintaining our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns based on customer journey insights.
- Perform A/B testing to continuously improve marketing campaign performance.
- Create segmented email marketing campaigns tailored to various audiences.
- Drive lead generation efforts through multiple channels including email marketing, digital ads, social media, and website optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to nurture and convert leads.
- Oversee and maintain the company's digital presence including websites, social media accounts, and other digital assets.
- Coordinate with content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure they have the necessary physical marketing materials for events, tradeshows, and local outreach efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, lead generation efforts, and marketing ROI.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate marketing impact to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and insights from data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and integration with marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience supporting sales and field marketing teams.
