About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Transformation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead opportunity analysis, solution design, financial measurement, and implementation to drive transformational change in healthcare systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to improve care delivery, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive transformation plans to improve healthcare delivery and reduce costs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, providers, and business partners to drive change and achieve goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or health systems engineering
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving transformational change
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Certifications
  • Experience with industrial and/or systems engineering
  • Hospital operations, case management, and/or clinical variation consulting experience
  • Experience in clinical transformation solution design and implementation resulting in significant recurring financial benefit
