We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Behavioral Support Technicians or trained behavioral staff members.
As a non-profit organization, we are expanding our behavioral support services in both home and community settings. Our focus is on assisting individuals ranging from age 4 to adulthood, with a significant number of our clients being between 14 and 30 years old.
We provide continuous training and support for our staff, including supervised hours for BACB licensure if required. Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour. Our approach incorporates naturalistic and incidental teaching methods, emphasizing the development of essential life skills.
We prioritize the individual’s needs in all programming, collaborating with families to assess, identify, and formulate plans to achieve personal goals. Common objectives include volunteering, exercise, community navigation, and life skills enhancement.
There is a significant demand for daytime and full-time positions in the Lexington/Woburn area.
This role is ideal for students seeking internships or Registered Behavior Technician experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate skill development in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
- Provide direct care in home settings for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Engage in community-based skill-building activities.
- Offer respite care to the guardians of the individuals.
- Maintain a professional rapport with families and foster positive relationships with clients.
