Key Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with progressively responsible experience in HR management, capable of implementing human resources strategies that align with our organizational objectives. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in managing diverse human resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and workforce development
  • A proven track record of fostering positive and collaborative relationships with both management and staff
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating and delivering presentations to varied audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, HRIS systems, or similar enterprise technologies
  • Preferred professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
  • Experience in the public sector or transportation industry is advantageous
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms is a plus
