Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety strategies and programs to reduce risk exposure and improve overall safety performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver safety training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop data-centric products to support safety initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and accountability reviews to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety awareness programs to educate employees on safety best practices.
  • Support the development of tactics to prevent injuries and illnesses in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety, or a related field.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
  • Proven experience in data analytics and large maintenance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Subject Matter Expertise in process improvement.
  • Advanced knowledge of state and federal EHS regulations.
  • Ability to construct scalable solutions.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00, with additional performance bonuses and compensation available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, and 2 years' experience in retail operations or a related area. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office proficiency and Project Management certification.
