Comprehensive Community Action Medical Assistant Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Comprehensive Community Action. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role:The selected candidate will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient services, including intake triage, mental health screenings, and vital sign collection. They will also assist with scheduling appointments, managing lab results, and maintaining patient records in our Electronic Health Record (NextGen) system.
A significant aspect of this role is ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of patient information while working efficiently to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care and support, adhering to CCAP's standards of professionalism and quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services, including referral to internal services and external resources.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, supply management, and environmental cleanliness.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to medical assistance and patient care.
Benefits Package:

Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
