Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to deliver outstanding service. The Customer Support team operates in a dynamic setting, managing a substantial volume of varied customer inquiries. In this position, you will also provide essential support to our Sales and Operations teams by collaborating with key departments at our corporate office. A successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of our business, be solution-focused, and maintain a professional demeanor. The ideal individual will deliver high-quality customer service and demonstrate initiative in enhancing team performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain and achieve quality assurance standards
- Utilize strong active listening skills to accurately interpret and resolve customer requests
- Take ownership of customer interactions to achieve first-call resolution
- Calculate and clarify customer disbursements
- Process sales-related work orders
- Generate revenue reports
- Prepare correspondence for both internal and external clients
- Interpret and clarify contract terms
- Manage challenging customer interactions effectively
- Coordinate with key departments to facilitate sales-related activities
- Engage in special projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is advantageous
