Role Overview:

In this position, you will also provide essential support to our Sales and Operations teams by collaborating with key departments at our corporate office. The ideal individual will deliver high-quality customer service and demonstrate initiative in enhancing team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain and achieve quality assurance standards
  • Utilize strong active listening skills to accurately interpret and resolve customer requests
  • Take ownership of customer interactions to achieve first-call resolution
  • Calculate and clarify customer disbursements
  • Process sales-related work orders
  • Generate revenue reports
  • Prepare correspondence for both internal and external clients
  • Interpret and clarify contract terms
  • Manage challenging customer interactions effectively
  • Coordinate with key departments to facilitate sales-related activities
  • Engage in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is advantageous
