Job Title: Sales Representative - Granite and Stone Products

Company Overview:

Bronwick Recruiting and Staffing is a prominent player in the Stone Distribution industry, specializing in the supply of premium granite slabs and various stone forms to countertop fabrication shops. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales growth within the countertop fabrication sector.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand relationships with countertop fabrication shops, promoting our high-quality granite slabs and other stone products. We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused individual capable of understanding the unique needs of countertop fabricators and effectively conveying the value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target countertop fabrication shops as potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Employ strategic methods, including cold calling and networking, to generate leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective countertop fabrication clients.
  • Understand the specific requirements of countertop fabricators and offer tailored solutions using our diverse stone product range.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry expertise.
  • Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our granite slabs and stone products.
  • Effectively communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Quoting and Negotiation:
  • Prepare detailed quotes for granite slabs and other stone products.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with countertop fabrication shops.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the sales management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on selling granite slabs and stone products to countertop fabrication shops.
  • In-depth knowledge of granite and stone products and their applications in the countertop industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
