Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Specialty Rx in Columbus, OH. As a Licensed Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services to our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, potential interactions, and proper administration.
  • Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of medicines.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
  • Supervise the preparation of medicines.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacist license with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
  • Previous experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Frameworks LTC system.
