Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our TV and Smart Home solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH TV and Smart Home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and efficient solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or installation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
