Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisory Pharmacist to lead our Pharmacy Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services and operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the clinical services and operations of the pharmacy, including medication therapy management, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice pharmacy in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
  • At least one year of specialized experience in pharmacy practice, including experience in clinical services, operations management, and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to improve patient care and outcomes.
