Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining DISH's satellite television and internet services in customers' homes. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH's satellite television and internet services in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Travel to customers' homes to perform installations and maintenance
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
