KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Specimen Processing Supervisor to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our specimen processing department. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality specimen handling.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 20+ staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality specimen handling and processing.
- Conduct performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and provide coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with the lead to ensure seamless operations and address any challenges that arise.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record for the past three years.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
- Previous supervisory experience.
