Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, educational administration, and fundraising. They will be responsible for supporting the Yeshiva's administrative functions, managing construction projects, creating resource rooms, implementing night learning programs, and recruiting new staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Yeshiva's administrative functions.
  • Manage fundraising efforts for the new school building and scholarship fund.
  • Oversee construction projects and create resource rooms.
  • Implement night learning programs.
  • Increase enrollment by reaching out to local school principals.
  • Provide teachers with necessary materials.
  • Ensure accurate student progress reports.
  • Recruit new staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in education.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Familiarity with children's needs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computers.
  • Represent the Yeshiva effectively.

Benefits:

  • $100k-$120k salary range.
  • Location: Brooklyn (some travel required).
