Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy telecommunication infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity across critical healthcare services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable communication services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a telecommunications engineer with a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex networks.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific telecommunication requirements and protocols.
- Familiarity with Talk Desk call center solutions and NEC telecommunication systems.
- Preferred but not mandatory: NEC Certification, Project Management experience, and Cisco certifications.
