JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Execute cleaning tasks in patient/resident areas, communal spaces, and other designated locations, ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
  • Linen and Laundry: Oversee the collection, washing, folding, and distribution of linens and laundry as required.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when restocking is necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail when cleaning, ensuring that no area is neglected, and uphold a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication with the supervisor and team members, reporting any issues or concerns related to cleaning and maintenance.
  • Resident/Guest Satisfaction: Strive to meet the expectations of our patients/residents by providing a clean and comfortable environment.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • High School level reading and writing skills.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and guests.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
