We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our Cardiothoracic Surgery program.
Key Responsibilities- First assist in all cardiac and thoracic operations
- Manage the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and step-down unit
- Collaborate with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and clinical research
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho; Board of Pharmacy and DEA
- Vein harvest experience required
- Strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group
- Previous APP experience in cardiac disease management
