About the Role

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living, including maintenance and restorative nursing care.
  • Implement individualized care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines, while promoting a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
  • Notify clinical staff of any changes in a resident's condition in a timely manner.
  • Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships and plan social activities for neighborhood residents.
  • Assist with menu and snack selection to ensure adequate nutritional intake and provide in-room dining experiences as requested.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, minimizing environmental hazards.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns, displaying courtesy and respect.
  • Collaborate with team members to engage residents in activities of daily living.

Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification and active status from the State Board of Nursing.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
