About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living, including maintenance and restorative nursing care
  • Implement individualized care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines
  • Notify clinical staff of any changes in a resident's condition
  • Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships and social activities
  • Assist with menu and snack selection to ensure adequate nutritional intake
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
