We are a nationwide custom solution provider for multi-site remodels and rollouts in the retail and restaurant industries.

**Job Summary:**

A Field Project Manager 1 is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Site Oversight: Frequent travel to job sites nationwide to monitor project schedules, quality, communication, and execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Project Managers and Construction Project Managers to ensure successful project and program delivery.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports on project and program status based on field observations and oversight.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with field teams, subcontractors, superintendents, project managers, and occasionally clients to ensure alignment and address any needs for successful project execution.
  • Multi-Site Management: Oversee construction projects across multiple sites from inception to completion.
  • Project Planning and Resource Management: Play a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identifying necessary resources.
  • Schedule Adherence: Ensure construction activities adhere to the pre-determined schedule.
  • Contractor Coordination: Communicate effectively with contractors responsible for various project phases to ensure timely completion.
  • Field Staff Management: Manage field staff to efficiently execute assigned projects.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor construction progress and conduct status meetings with all sub-teams.
  • Budget and Quality Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct frequent inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance and address any issues.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Dispute and Claim Management: Identify potential sources of disputes and claims in project design and construction and take appropriate actions.
  • Quality Control Review: Review and revise quality control processes to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Meetings: Plan and schedule team meetings to review project progress and address any issues.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly project status reports to the team of Project Managers and Coordinators.
  • Change Management: Support and implement change management activities related to project scope adjustments.
