About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Civil Engineer to join our team at Bohler Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing site plans for top brand name clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in valuable interactions with external clients to deliver exceptional results
  • Perfect your technical site design knowledge and share your expertise with your team
  • Design site plans for high-profile clients, leveraging your expertise in civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D)
  • Immerse yourself in the project management lifecycle, from initial project scoping to project closeout
  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision, whether it's technical design expertise or project/staff management

Requirements
  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus
  • Experience in site civil design
  • Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D)
