Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineering Manager to lead our site development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects with a focus on site development.
  • Supervise and mentor engineering staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Execute projects within a multi-disciplinary environment, ensuring collaboration across teams.
  • Utilize advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and the MS Office Suite for project execution.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-resolution abilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client-mandated safety rules and practices.
  • Adhere to Drug & Alcohol Policies and successfully pass related tests as required.
  • Travel to project locations and between offices in Athens, Meadville, and Washington, PA, as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license in Pennsylvania (required).
  • A minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, including staff management experience.
  • Expertise in site development; experience in oil and gas, water, wastewater, geotechnical, or environmental engineering is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a demonstrated work ethic.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all company and client policies.
