Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Direct and manage the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant required; 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years as a lead in production preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of production management principles and practices.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $76,000 per year.
