Union Relations Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist roles, with a significant percentage in a unionized manufacturing facility
* A proven track record of success in driving engaged organizations by creating and implementing HR strategies
* A strong understanding of financials and metrics of the business
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in business, human resources management or a related field
* Certification in HR or a related field
* Experience working with unions to drive positive relationships and business results
About the Role:
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement HR and Labor Relations Strategies that drive business results and elevate the talent capability of the supported organizations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
