Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bakery Team Member at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery department
  • Support the sales and inventory processes, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
Requirements
  • No prior retail experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Passion for natural foods and the mission of Whole Foods Market
