About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment
  • Support the sales floor by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including counting cash, processing transactions, and securing the store
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
