Job Summary

Community Bridges is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide integrated behavioral health care at our crisis and inpatient units. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient strengths and areas for growth
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Current Arizona Board of Nursing license, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days
  • At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, including involuntary and voluntary settings
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, with flexibility to reroute or change locations as needed
