Position Summary

This role involves executing swift, precise, and high-quality tire installations on various vehicles, including light, medium, and heavy trucks, as well as agricultural machinery. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Tire and Wheel Maintenance
  • Preventative Maintenance Tasks
  • 24-Hour Emergency Road Assistance (On-Call Rotation)

This position is technical and necessitates a significant commitment to personal training and development. As you acquire knowledge and skills, you will have the opportunity to pursue A.S.E. Certifications (company-sponsored).

  • Previous experience in servicing automotive, commercial trucks, or agricultural vehicles is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Must be capable of standing, kneeling, and crawling while using tools and equipment
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

The ability to fulfill a complete shift, arrive on time, and adhere to the required schedule to meet job demands, with or without reasonable accommodation, is a fundamental aspect of this role.
