  • Preparing for annual inspections and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date

  • Preparing budgets and tracking capital improvements
  • Developing and implementing a preventative maintenance plan to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
  • Developing and implementing a risk management plan to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Hiring and managing maintenance staff to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
  • Reviewing maintenance performance and making recommendations for improvement
  • Working closely with the VP to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
  • Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in software applications
