Customer Service Representative

Citizens is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their financial needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including cash and digital payments, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, ensuring seamless customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with bank products and services, providing customers with accurate information and recommendations to meet their financial needs.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on recommending and referring products and services.
- Bilingual in Creole, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to customer issues.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- 6 months of experience processing transactions, with a focus on cash and digital payments.
- Motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and lead colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Process-oriented, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of the job.
