Regional Director of Operations

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of District Managers and other leaders to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional team members to ensure smooth sales and retention processes for all accounts.
- Ensure compliance with QA, policy, and USDA program requirements, and complete all reporting on time.
- Champion development and succession planning within the region, conducting performance evaluations and building multi-unit management skills.
- Own the financial results and P&L for assigned territory, working with leadership to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution, or other Support Services areas.
- Strong background in senior leadership roles with exposure to contract/budget management, customer service, people development, food services, negotiations, and financial acumen.
- Proven track record of growing a business and leading teams, with ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately.
- Expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communications skills, with a champion's mindset and proactive, positive, professional, flexible, and resilient attitude.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite and extensive travel required in this position.
